£2695DATE OF REGISTRATION1998 HDESCRIPTIONThis is a fabulous MR2 Turbo, we sold this car in July 2008, when I bought it in 2008 it was totally original and owned by a Lady for over three years. It came in to the UK in 1998 with only 18,000 kilometres om it, it has now done just 83,000 miles, it was first owned by a Lady as well. It is in fantastic condition inside & out, the half leather/alcantara interior is spotless, it has always had cover mats over immaculate carpets, I dont think it has ever been smoked in, the exterior which is finished in dark Turquoise pearl metallic is superb, the car is absolutely astounding to drive, there is a printout showing 246BHP, I recently had one with a 265BHP printout it was not as quick as this one. The last owner fitted a fabulous Mongoose stainless system including de-cat pipe at a cost of £630, it has also just had a Clifford Thatcham approved Concept 650 mk2 alarm/ immobiliser/ Turbo Timer fitted at a cost of £310. It also has just been fitted with a Blitz dual SBC spec s boost controller costing £245 and an expensive Sony CD/MP3 player. When we sold it in 2008 which was only 2500 miles ago it had a full service including cambelt, plugs, leads, oil & filter, fresh antifreeze, MPH speedo fitted & a new cold air induction kit. The car needs nothing, it is the nicest sounding MR2 I have ever driven. Being the GTS it comes with a huge spec, including :HALF LEATHER/ALACANTARA with HEIGHT & LUMBER ADJUSTMENT. CLIFFORD CONCEPT 650 mk2 with TURBO TIMER. (CERTIFICATE)(NEW). REMOTE CENTRAL LOCKING/ALARM/IMMOBILISER. BLITZ DUAL SBC BOOST CONTROLLER (NEW). MONGOOSE STAINLESS SYSTEM & DE-CAT PIPE (NEW). SONY FLIP FRONT CD/ MP3 PLAYER (NEW). CRUISE CONTROL. RETRACTABLE ELECTRIC MIRRORS. POWER STEERING with LEATHER WHEEL & HEIGHT & RAKE ADJUSTMENT. TRD GEAR KNOB(NEW). COVER MATS. ELECTRIC TINTED WINDOWS. Std 15" ALLOYS. REMOVABLE ROOF PANELS including COVERS & BAGS. The car is MOT'd until mid June 2010 and taxed until December, there is a transferable warranty with the car. This is a truly outstanding example of this sought after motor car, I am finding almost impossible to find good examples now, 9 out of 10 of the cars I go to see that are advertised as good cars are actually junk. No one serious about owning one of these amazing cars would not buy this one, it is a very good one. I have stacks of invoices and history going back to 1998 including the rolling road print out showing 246BHP in Sept 2008, it also had a new complete clutch just before we owned it the first time.
